Assistant District Governor Janet Stead Comes to Visit

Our assistant district governor, Janet Stead, paid a visit to our club on Aug. 13 to tell us a bit about herself, the district governor's upcoming visit and Rotary International goals for the coming year. She also brought a Rotary International President's Citation for the club, which she presented to past-president Rob Wilding. The presidential citation is a certificate acknowledging the club's achievement of the international president's goals for clubs in 2014-2015.

	Janet is a past club president for the Rotary Club of Washago. She addressed new members, encouraging them to get involved, while urging existing members to act as mentors.
	And our past club president, Rob, later took centre stage to talk about the Rotary District 7010 conference happening in Sudbury from Sept. 10 to 13.
