Muskoka and the Rotary International Convention in Toronto

 
Our club welcomed Rotary District 7010 past district governor John Gordon, who sits on the host organizing committee of the 2018 Rotary International Convention set for Toronto in June, on Feb. 15.

An international opportunity close to home

Rotarian John shared some of the host organizing committee events planned for the RI convention in Toronto, including a jazzy night at the Ripley Aquarium and a Rotaryfest featuring a classic Canadian Rotary dish ... ribs!
 
And he let us know the convention itself would include world-renowned speakers, plus dozens of breakout sessions for Rotary learning and professional development.
 
Plus, there are day trips and overnight trips to Muskoka, too, for Canadian cultural experiences.
