Lorraine Van Luit from Motivations Fitness (www.motivationsfiness.com) told us about the benefits of exercising for health and quality of life...
...and got us all through flexibility, cardiovascular and strenghth fitness exercises and evaluations. It was quite something!!! :)
And we had a Birthday boy at our table !! Happy Birthday Brian!!
