The Rotary Club of North Muskoka brought Perogy-Fest back on September 23rd and what a night it was! The week before the event our club members were busy rolling dough, mashing potatoes, scooping potato balls and pinching perogies. We had so many volunteers helping out, thank you to everyone who helped make the perogies and who helped on the night itself.
The evening was complete with a meal of perogies, sausage, sauerkraut and delicious apple crisp. We were entertained by classic rock music by the Deux Dads. It wasn’t just a night for fun, however, we were fundraising for important causes. Thanks to the support of everyone who attended we were able to give out three cheques, each for $2000, to Mind Aid Muskoka, Enliven Cancer Care and the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.
